Before joining GP Bullhound Matt was the founder and Managing Director of Rogere Industries, and prior to that, the head of Credit Suisse's European Technology Private Placement business. He has extensive experience in providing fundraising and M&A advice to technology companies in the UK, continental Europe, the US and Israel. Previous clients include Cambridge Silicon Radio, Gemplus and Accenture. Recent GP Bullhound transactions lead by Matt include fundraisings for Kiala ($38.5m), Mirics ($12m) and Zinwave ($10m). Prior to Credit Suisse, Matt worked with UBS and Macquarie Bank, he holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and an Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Sydney. Matt joined GP Bullhound in January 2007 in conjunction with a transaction to acquire certain assets from Rogere Industries and Rogere Capital.

Matt is currently on sabbatical in Sydney, Australia.
