About the Deal

GP Bullhound, the European technology investment bank, acted as financial adviser to Karmarama on its sale to Accenture
The acquisition strengthens the ability of Accenture Interactive, part of Accenture Digital, to create and deliver integrated customer experiences to brands in the UK and beyond.
This represents the completion of GP Bullhound’s 19th transaction in 2016 and further underlines the firm’s leading position in the digital agency sector, following on from recent successful transactions completed for clients such as Essence, The BIO Agency, Stickyeyes, Potato, Conrad Caine, Designit, Fjord, Glispa, Seren, Realise, TLGG, Somo, Great Fridays and Fetch.
