About the Deal
GP Bullhound, the technology investment bank, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to The BIO Agency on its sale to Tech Mahindra.This strategic acquisition will further strengthen Tech Mahindra’s focus on Digital and enable the Company to engage with its clients at the start of the journey and more importantly, help design the customer experience for their businesses. As GP Bullhound’s 15th digital agency transaction in the last 24 months, this deal underlines the firm’s international reach and depth of experience in digital marketing and digital services, following on from recent successful transactions completed for clients such as Conrad Caine, Essence, Designit, Fjord, Glispa, Seren, Realise, TLGG, Somo, Great Fridays and Fetch.
