About the Deal
GP Bullhound acted as exclusive financial adviser to Voltea on its investment round. The round was led by Environmental Technologies Fund, a leading London based venture capital fund and was joined by existing investors, Unilever Ventures and Anterra Capital. This transaction highlights GP Bullhound’s depth of experience in the water technology sector following deals completed with Bluewater Bio and Newlisi.
