Realise acquired by St Ives

Shaping a leading UK player in the digital sector.

London, 3 March 2014 - GP Bullhound, the technology investment bank, has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Realise on its sale to St Ives plc (SIV:LSE). Realise, a digital marketing agency based in Edinburgh and London, provides a broad range of digital capabilities, from digital strategy and creative to technology and production.

The agency has particular strength in financial services and media, with clients including AXA, Lloyds Banking Group, Standard Life Investments, Google and Channel 4.
