PA & Office Manager

This is a diverse role supporting the Partner and Head of the Berlin office and also members of the Berlin office, covering all areas of office management and administration and liaising with clients on a daily basis. The candidate must have 1-2 years of PA and Office Manager experience, preferably at C-Level, and should come from an excellent academic background. The candidate must have command of business standard written and spoken German and English, and have advanced IT skills including MS Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook. They must be a team player who has experience of and has enjoyed working as part of a team, have a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail and have a proactive personality. They must also be willing to step outside the job description from time to time.

The candidate should be comfortable with performing a wide range of roles, including:

• Proactive diary management and regular communication of updates
• Coordinate travel and accommodation
• Maintain and update the list of contacts and business activities in address book and in SalesforceIQ
• Produce documents such as letters, proposals and presentations from drafts to a high level of presentation, accuracy and timeliness using various MS Office packages and house formatting styles
• Carry out office administrative duties and ensure the smooth running of the office
• Management of internal processes and controls
• Work in close collaboration with the firm’s PA team and office managers in other offices
• Provide support to the firm’s events
