San Francisco, 14 December 2016 – GP Bullhound today announced that Jon Cantwell has joined its Investment Banking team as a Director in the San Francisco office, focusing primarily on Software M&A and Advisory transactions.
Previously, Jon worked at Pacific Crest Securities and Pagemill Partners in Silicon Valley. He started his career at Ernst & Young in New York and holds a CPA license.

With over ten years of technology investment banking experience, Jon has completed over 35 transactions with public and private emerging growth tech companies, including many cross-border deals. He holds a degree from the Marshall School of Business, Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California.
