Madrid, 18 April 2018 – GP Bullhound, the technology advisory and investment firm, today announced that Miguel Kindelán has joined its advisory team as Executive Director and Head of its Spanish office.
Based in Madrid, Miguel will oversee the firm’s activities in Spain and Portugal, as well as in Latin America. Miguel joins from Lazard, where he was a Director and Head of TMT for Iberia.

GP Bullhound, which opened its Madrid office in October 2017, has recently closed two transactions in Spain: the sale of The Cocktail to WPP unit Wunderman, and the sale of Paradigma Digital to Indra, and through its funds the firm is invested in two of Spain’s fastest growing tech startups: Jobandtalent and Wallapop. In Latin America, the firm advised on the sale of Mexican online classified site Anumex to Norway’s Schibsted.

Miguel started his career at Lazard in 1999 and built up an extensive M&A experience, executing and originating numerous transactions in Spain. He was involved in many cross-border deals in Europe, the US, Latin America, Africa and Asia for companies including Telefónica, Abertis, and Grupo ACS, in addition to several restructurings and deals in the infrastructure, construction and energy sectors.
A native speaker in both Spanish and French, and passionate about new technologies, outdoor sports and music, Miguel holds a bachelor in International Business Administration and a Master in Finance from ICADE.
