GP Bullhound publishes new research report: Technology Predictions 2015

19 January 2015 – For the eighth year running, GP Bullhound is publishing its Technology Predictions for the upcoming year.

As we head into 2015, the current investment boom shows every sign of maintaining momentum, and we predict continued long-term economic growth in the global technology sector.

The overarching theme for 2015 is that we are no longer using Internet technologies to simply take our old businesses and habits online. We are actually using technology to create brand new businesses, products, and most of all habits that are truly changing the way we live, interact, and work – improving the quality of all our lives. Contributing to propelling this powerful transformation is very exciting for us as a firm.

Our predictions range from technology-enabled end-to-end service companies disrupting massive industries to Internet of Things devices becoming more intelligent due to software innovations and better data utilisation.
