Lai is the Personal Assistant to Ivo Polten and Martin Rezaie, and Frankfurt and Munich Office Manager. Prior to joining GP Bullhound, Lai worked as an Executive Assistant for a start-up trading company.

Lai holds an B.A. in Sinology from LMU Munich, and an B.A. in Translation and Interpretation German, English and Chinese from SDI Munich.
