Based in Stockholm, Sweden, and New York, USA, Mag+ serves a global customer base including sector leaders within publishing, education, retail, automotive and more.

About the Deal

GP Bullhound, the technology investment bank, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Bonnier Growth Media on its sale of Mag+ to MPS Limited.This represents the completion of GP Bullhound’s 11th transaction in 2016 and further establishes the firm’s expertise in advising SaaS category leaders, following on from recent transactions including Signavio and Multiposting.
