April 2008 - GP Bullhound acted as the sole advisor to Centralpoint on the sale of Van den Ende & Deitmers’ stake in the company to Greenfield Capital Partners.
Centralpoint was founded in 2002 and is based in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. The company operates in the online ICT and hardware segment.
Centralpoint is the leading online supplier of computer products for the Dutch B2B segment.
