MRops has the teams, technology and processes to support the execution of the most complex work, from targeting hard to reach audiences around the world, to validating who is actually completing surveys, to developing respondent engagement solutions. They add value by making recommendations to improve the accuracy and quality of the research they conduct, enabling clients to spend more time analyzing the numbers instead of aggregating them. The company has approximately 200 employees across offices in North America, Asia and Europe.

About the deal

MRops, a leading provider of end-to-end market research operations services, has been acquired by Survey Sampling International, a global provider of data solutions and technology for survey research. With this acquisition, SSI strengthens its leadership position as a global data solutions and technology company by significantly expanding its operational and delivery capability, substantially adding to an already fast-growth global B2B business and deepening its expertise in management consulting and healthcare. The acquisition will also expand SSI’s leadership footprint in the Asia Pacific region with the addition of an operations hub in Hyderabad, India.
