About the deal
GP Bullhound advised Synthesio on its sale to Ipsos. This marks GP Bullhound’s 9th software transaction in 2018 and highlights the firm’s track record of working with leading SaaS companies. Selected previous transactions include Rant & Rave (sold to Upland Software), Extenda (sold to STG Partners), eBECS (sold to DXC Technology), TextRecruit (sold to iCIMS), and many others.
