We have a reputation for providing direct and impartial strategic advice to clients across the technology the ecosystem. We work with Boards of Directors to provide guidance on acquisitions, divestments, international expansion and exit planning – often many years in advance of any formal deal-making.




When entrepreneurs and investors are planning to sell their business, they need a trusted partner. We have completed over 100 deals in the last decade with the giants of the global technology sector. Navigating the decision-making corridors of these companies is not simple. The negotiations and intensive level of due diligence is not for the faint-hearted – often with buyers many time zones away. We started GP Bullhound to support entrepreneurs with these challenges and be their trusted partner. It is what we do all day, every day.

More than half of our M&A deals have a cross-border solution and our five technology hubs across Europe and the US allow us to provide a senior, local service to clients but with access to buyers across the globe.




GP Bullhound has been helping finance technology businesses since 2000. We have built up a unique set of relationships with investors who, like us, are passionate about the technology sector. From traditional growth and private equity funds to corporates, family offices and pre-IPO investors. We are paranoid about keeping these contacts fresh and we diligently track each of the investors’ activities so we can smoothly match our clients to funds and people where we believe there is a strong fit. This saves huge amounts of time and energy, whilst ensuring a healthy level of competition for all of our deals.

We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships, and we hope to work with our clients from growth equity fundraising, through debt restructuring, secondary fundraises and towards the ultimate exit – via trade sale or IPO. We have been on this journey with many of our clients and it is one of the reasons we all come to work each day.
