A presentation experience that brings content to life. Finally.

Madrid, 5 February 2020 - GP Bullhound has invested in Genially, a next generation web platform for creating interactive digital content without the need for programming.

Founded in Spain in 2015, Genially has grown exponentially to over 3 million users in 100 countries. The company has witnessed strong adoption and organic growth in the education, marketing and media sectors. Clients such as Michelin, Porsche, Santander Bank and Telefonica have all become heavy users of the product.

“This new capital injection will support our ambitious expansion plan. We are delighted to have closed this round and we now have funds from prestigious and international sources,” comments Juan Rubio, co-founder and CEO of Genially.

Hampus Hellermark, GP Bullhound, said: “When we envision and discuss the future of white collar productivity tools it is clear to us that there is a massive opportunity for ambitious and independent thinkers to create new tools and experiences that are aligned with the 21st century. We believe the team at Genially has the ability to capture this opportunity.”

GP Bullhound is investing in Genially through Fund IV, which focuses on growth stage businesses in the software, digital media, marketplaces and fintech sectors. Recent investments include Ravenpack, Slack, Klarna, Tradeshift, Glovo and Believe.
