Carolina Sá Duarte

Carolina is a Director and Head of Legal at GP Bullhound, where she oversees all legal matters across the firm’s global operations, working closely with the firm’s leadership and investment banking teams.

Carolina has extensive experience in corporate and transactional law, with a strong focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and M&A advisory. Prior to joining GP Bullhound, she worked at Citigroup in London, where she advised on a broad range of public and private M&A transactions across multiple sectors.

Carolina holds a law degree from the Portuguese Catholic University as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Tilburg University and is qualified to practice in England and Wales and in Portugal.
