Mike Lippert

Mike is a Partner at GP Bullhound, where he leads the firm’s Software advisory practice in the U.S. He brings over 20 years of investment banking experience, advising on more than 100 M&A and financing transactions across the technology sector.

Mike has extensive experience working with leading global technology companies, including Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, Meta, and Salesforce. He advises clients from growth-stage through public companies on a wide range of strategic transactions, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, growth financings, divestitures, and broader strategic alternatives.

Prior to joining GP Bullhound, Mike was a Managing Director at Lincoln International, and previously also was a leader in the TMT group at Houlihan Lokey.

He holds a BA and MA from Stanford University.
