SMS Park acquired by EasyPark

Building smarter, more liveable cities through mobile parking solutions.

Stockholm, 3 October 2019 - GP Bullhound acted as exclusive financial advisor to Inteleon Holding AB, the operator of the Swedish mobile parking solution SMS Park, on its acquisition by EasyPark, one of Europe’s premier mobile parking providers backed by Vitruvian Partners and Verdane Capital Advisors.

Inteleon operates SMS Park, a leading provider of mobile parking solutions in Sweden with almost 2 million users. Through a simple user interface, parkers are offered an easy and secure way to park and pay across more than 250 cities and towns in Sweden.
