Linkfluence is a leading SaaS Consumer Intelligence company using artificial intelligence to turn social data into valuable insights for global brands. Since Linkfluence was founded in 2006, the company has grown into an international organisation with 150 employees across seven offices in the US, Europe and Asia.
LVMH, Nike, Porsche, Danone, Pernod Ricard and Toyota are amongst more than 200 global brands relying on Linkfluence’s SaaS platform – powered by data retrieved, enriched and structured from more than 400 million sources worldwide.
This acquisition will increase Meltwater’s global footprint, leveraging both Linkfluence’s Asian presence and diversified portfolio of global brands within multiple industries (Luxury, Fashion, Consumer Goods and Automotive), as well as enrich its current product offering to support the consumer insights use cases that Linkfluence specializes in.
“GP Bullhound has been instrumental at every stage of the process, ultimately helping deliver the ideal transaction to continue our mission,” said Guillaume Decugis, CEO at Linkfluence.
Guillaume Bonneton, Partner at GP Bullhound, commented: “We are delighted to have advised Linkfluence on their path to becoming a leading global player on the AI-enabled consumer intelligence market.”
This represents GP Bullhound’s 19th transaction completed in the last 12 months in the enterprise SaaS space, having previously advised Easyrecrue on its acquisition by iCIMS, Allyo on its acquisition by Hirevue, and Bridgepoint on the $160m investment in Sendinblue, among many others.
