Machine learning technology for real-time compositing applications.

Copenhagen, December 2017 - GP Bullhound acted as exclusive financial advisor to Spektral on its sale to Apple.

Founded in Copenhagen, Spektral is a pioneering developer of machine learning technology for real-time compositing applications enabling mixed reality video content creation. The company specializes in combining deep neural networks and spectral graph theory to separate people and objects in different settings, and is hardware optimized to run on smartphones in in real-time.
