Stickyeyes acquired by IPG MEDIABRANDS

London, 8 September 2016 - GP Bullhound, the technology investment bank, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to STICKYEYES on its sale to IPG MEDIABRANDS, part of the INTERPUBLIC GROUP

Stickyeyes provides creative search and content marketing, influencer engagement and video production and has over 140 employees across the group’s offices in Leeds, Peterborough and London.

IPG Mediabrands manages the global media related assets of the Interpublic group, managing over $37 billion in marketing investment on behalf of its clients and employing over 8,500 marketing communication specialists in more than 130 countries.

The acquisition will enhance the range of services Stickyeyes can offer to existing and new clients, and increase IPG Mediabrands’ existing footprint in the digital marketing industry.
