GP Bullhound launches the third edition of Future Stars

Providing opportunities for the next generation.

26 October 2022 - GP Bullhound is launching its third edition of Future Stars, a one-week work experience programme, which will take place between 11-17 April 2023. The programme will be delivered across 6 of our global offices in London, Stockholm, Berlin, Manchester, Paris and Madrid.

We are looking for 40 participants with a strong academic track record, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for tech, who will gain the opportunity to experience what it is like to work at an Investment Bank within the technology sector. Candidates from all subjects and disciplines are strongly encouraged to apply.

To apply for the programme, please click here. The deadline for submissions is 23 November 2022
We look forward to hearing from you!

Hugh Campbell, Co-founder and Managing Partner at GP Bullhound, commented: “We are proud to have been joined by such a brilliant cohort of Future Stars over the last couple of years, and were impressed by their ambition, commitment and innovative spirit. With our Future Stars programme, we want to inspire the next generation of technology dealmakers and provide access and opportunities to a global audience of prospective candidates.”

The participants will gain an introduction to Investment Banking and the range of services that GP Bullhound provides, and insight into the day-to-day lives of our Advisory and Investment teams. They will undertake a research project to be presented to the GP Bullhound partnership, take part in briefings and training sessions from senior dealmakers, and hear from guest speakers within our global network of entrepreneurs.

This initiative is part of GP Bullhound’s mission to improve diversity and create a pipeline of talent within the investment banking industry. There will be opportunities to secure a six-month internship following the programme. Applicants should note that we are unable to sponsor visas for this programme.

Future Stars Charity Programme

The 2022 class of the Future Stars programme were requested to propose charities and organisations that they would like to contribute towards. As a result, we donated laptops to impoverished schools in India through the Dharma Bharathi Mission, and supported Opportunity International’s Micro Banking program, which delivers innovative financial solutions to help impoverished communities build sustainable livelihoods (94% of recipients are female).
