Nansi Nistorova

Nansi is a Vice President at GP Bullhound and has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, global growth capital raises and restructurings. Since 2018, she has completed a double-digit amount of technology transactions, supporting a diverse client base, from fast-growing VC/PE-backed companies and founder-led businesses to multinational corporates.

Prior to joining GP Bullhound, Nansi worked in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) teams at STOUT and Stifel Europe (formerly ACXIT Capital Partners), advising clients across a wide range of strategic and financial transactions.
