Theophile Angelo

Theophile Angelo is a Vice President at GP Bullhound, based in Paris, where he specialises in M&A and LBO for technology companies, with a particular interest in industrial software and consumer subscription software. He has been an advisor to EcoVadis and UBI Solutions, supporting their growth and respective market leadership.

Prior to joining GP Bullhound, Theophile spent eight years with BNP Paribas, including six in San Francisco. He developed expertise in both domestic mid-cap transactions and large cross-border takeovers alongside Siemens, Schneider Electric, Infineon and JCDecaux.

He holds a Master’s degree from EDHEC Business School.
