About the Deal

GP Bullhound acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Emric on its sale to Tieto (HLSE:TIE1V). This represents the completion of GP Bullhound’s 13th transaction in 2016 and further establishes the firm’s expertise in advising Fintech category leaders, following on from recent transactions including LendInvest and Prodigy Finance.
