September 2010 - GP Bullhound acted as the financial advisor to Private Outlet on its second institutional financing round led by GIMV. Turenne Capital also participated as well as existing investors BayTech Venture Capital, Kreos Capital, GP Bullhound Sidecar and management of the company also participated in the round.
Private Outlet operates as an online retailer of fashion, home decoration and design products.
