The transaction generates valuable synergies by enabling ImmobilienScout24 to offer its customers the industry-leading CRM-System. At the same time, as a 100% subsidiary of ImmobilienScout24, FLOWFACT benefits from unique growth opportunities and reach.
FLOWFACT is one of the leading CRM providers for the real estate industry in Germany. The company was founded in 1985 and has more than 120 employees based in Cologne. Over 4,500 real estate companies use FLOWFACT solutions, for example, to transfer their listings to property portals like ImmobilienScout24.
FLOWFACT will remain independent after the acquisition, but both companies want to work closer together to ensure the streamlining of product developments. Both companies will benefit from the long-standing experience and specific know-how of the other. Customers of both companies will in turn benefit from a clear competitive advantage from better products and even faster service.
