About the deal

GP Bullhound acted as the exclusive financial advisor to INSITUM on its sale to Accenture Interactive. The acquisition bolsters Accenture Interactive’s design and innovation unit, Fjord, by expanding its world-class services in Latin America, US, Europe and beyond. The combination of Fjord and INSITUM will enhance Accenture Interactive’s ability to create, build and run experiences that transform businesses and improve lives in the rapidly growing market of Latin America.
