Founded in Hamburg in 2018, fobizz provides a software platform comprising professional development, AI-powered digital tools, and teaching materials. The company serves more than 10,000 schools and 500,000 active teachers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with a strong focus on data privacy and the responsible use of AI in the classroom.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, Infinitas Learning develops print and digital learning resources for primary, secondary, and vocational education. Its brands include Noordhoff and Futurewhiz, the parent company of Squla and StudyGo.
fobizz will join Squla and StudyGo in the newly formed Infinitas Learning EdTech
Holding. Together, the platforms will help teachers save time on lesson preparation, engage students more actively, and use AI responsibly. fobizz will continue to operate independently and remain publisher-agnostic. Teachers using fobizz will also gain access to content from Infinitas Learning and StudyGo.
