Founded in 2008 by Fabrice Zerah, UBI Solutions has established itself as the European leader in traceability and RFID solutions (technology that enables the identification, tracking, and automatic management of objects, people, or animals through radio waves). The company designs and deploys complete, autonomous systems — hardware, software, and services — that enable the management and tracking of assets and objects across a wide range of industries and use cases (laundry and hospitality, industry, public services, catering, defense & aerospace, etc.).

With expected revenues of €30M this year, UBI Solutions is experiencing very strong growth, strengthened by four strategic acquisitions. The group now has nearly 100 employees across six offices in France, supporting more than 400 clients in over 50 countries. With its unique positioning and turnkey offering integrating hardware, software, and services, UBI Solutions is ideally placed to consolidate a still-fragmented market and continue its expansion in France and internationally.

This transaction highlights unique GP Bullhound’s expertise in industrial software, with a strong track record advising global category leaders, including Unicontrol on its acquisition by Spectra Precision, the investment in One Click LCA from PSG and Infravia, and Clifford Group on its acquisition by AddSecure.
