Tom operates Sweden’s leading service platforms, including Offerta and IPIS, uniting some of the country’s largest companies and marketplaces in service brokerage into a single, unified business. Hellving Invest and Fortnox will retain meaningful ownership stakes alongside Verdane.

The platform simplifies how individuals and businesses discover, book, and complete work with verified installation and service professionals, addressing a fragmented Nordic market with digital solutions that enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency for trade professionals.
