Brandon Overmyer

Brandon is a Partner at GP Bullhound, where he leads the firm’s global AI and B2B Software advisory practice. With over 15 years of technology investment banking experience, he brings a track record of expert dealmaking, deep sector knowledge, and near-founder-level technical fluency. Brandon advises high-growth, AI-native and AI-powered software companies on strategic M&A, private placements, and other transformative capital markets transactions.

Before rejoining GP Bullhound, Brandon was a senior member of BofA Securities’ technology investment banking team, where he spearheaded the firm’s emerging growth AI Software coverage. Earlier in his career, he held roles at GP Bullhound, Capstone Partners, and Houlihan Lokey.

Brandon earned a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law, a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida, and is a member of the Florida Bar.
