Adam is an Executive Director at GP Bullhound. He has over 25 years of banking experience, executing and originating M&A, capital markets, restructuring, structured finance, and private placements transactions.
Adam has worked on over 100 deals for a total value in excess of $10 billion. His transactions include some of the most successful business services, marketing services, and consumer-centric companies in the world, including Kraft, WPP, McDonalds, Learfield Communications, Cablevision, Publix, SunGard Data Systems, American Eagle Outfitters, and Jack Henry and Associates.
Prior to GP Bullhound, Adam worked at M&A firm AdMedia Partners where he closed deals for digital and experiential marketing, market research and analytics, and AdTech companies. Earlier, he worked in the investment banking departments of Dean Witter and Prudential Securities, where he founded and led groups focused on business services and retail/consumer. At Prudential, he was on the Group Head Management Committee, the Business Review Committee, and their Roman Arch Venture Capital Fund Investment Committee. Adam started his career with Deloitte & Touche.
Adam holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University and a B.S. in International Business and Finance from New York University (magna cum laude).
