Ravi Ghedia

Ravi is a Partner at GP Bullhound, specializing in M&A and private equity transactions in the digital services sector. With over 14 years of investment banking experience, he is a specialist advisor for Digital Transformation and Digital Marketing agencies, consultancies, and technology-enabled services companies across the UK and Europe. He has advised on landmark transactions for clients including Unlimited Group, Inside Ideas Group, Newcraft, TeamITG, and Solita.

Prior to joining GP Bullhound, Ravi worked in the TMT Investment Banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, advising on M&A and financing transactions. Earlier in his career, he also taught in Yokohama, Japan.
