About Adam
Adam Segall is an investment banker specializing in technology and media currently serving as an Investment Banking Vice President in GP Bullhound’s New York office, which he joined from Jefferies TMT M&A in San Francisco. Prior to Jefferies, Adam started his career as an analyst in the San Francisco office of GP Bullhound. Adam has built experience advising founders, management teams, and investors in both public and private markets on M&A and capital raising transactions.
His transaction experience spans enterprise/consumer software, digital media, mobile gaming, and tech-enabled services, with representative deals including Flo Health’s $200 million fundraise, the sale of FATMAP to Strava, and the sale of Bliss Point Media to Tinuiti. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Denver and is licensed with FINRA Series 79 and Series 63.
